The reason I chose to serve my alma mater as a member of the Alumni Association Board is: I think each one of us has a responsibility to pay it forward. We do not succeed in life by ourselves alone. We have a duty to service to others. This is the greatest gift we can give to another person or organization. Having my own design firm has taught me many business, as well as life lessons. Hard work does pay off and it is very important to LISTEN. I have served on may leadership training courses for the Boy Scouts of America over the years and have a deep rooted commitment to learning new thought processes and ideas. There is always something new to learn or experience around every corner. With my experience as an entrepreneur and a leadership trainer, I believe I would be an asset to the board. I am a very committed and deeply compassionate person.
